Jodi is an Atlanta native and top-producing real estate agent who has been in the business since 2001. Her professional experience is bolstered by advanced degrees in marketing and graphic design, specifically in the areas of branding, design, technology and staging – all of which have become an integral part of her marketing strategies, and set her apart from her competition.
She has extensive experience on both selling and buying sides of the transaction and her continuing success is reflected in her 2016 production of over 35 million in sales. Jodi believes that it is more than just buying or selling; it's the consulting aspect that makes clients comfortable with their decisions. She enjoys using her marketing / design experience in staging client's homes and creating custom and unique marketing materials.
Jodi loves exceeding a client's expectations and becoming their 'Realtor for life' and she feels fortunate to have developed personal relationships with many clients who return for subsequent purchase and sale transactions. Many contact her between transactions to ask for guidance or advice and she loves experiencing my clients' excitement and joy as they move into their new home or neighborhood. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing clients content with their purchase or sale and knowing how much they and their families prosper and grow in their new homes. It is extremely touching when these same clients will go out of their way to refer Jodi to their family, friends, colleagues and aquantainces.
When Jodi is not hard at work, she spends time with her children and husband, Ben, in their cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Together, Jodi and her family also volunteer for Second Helpings, an organization that coordinates picking up surplus food from restaurants and grocery stores and delivering them to agencies that help feed the hungry. She is also active in her children's schools, and has chaired the Outside Publicity committee for Dunwoody Elementary for four years. On top of that, she helps her husband with his Savvy Cyber Kids charitable organization, which educates children and their parents about safety on the internet.
